Following safe working practices - P3(c)

Now I am going to talk about about how we were following our risk assessment and have been protecting our actors and equipment from different hazards. Those point I will be talking now:
  • Problems with musical instruments
  • Scene location is busy
  • Cast and crew is not turning up
  • Battery is running out of charge.
  • Wrong clothes or change in appearance.
  • Weather conditions.

Problems with musical instruments

As we have been shooting the music video and there was a scene where the actors are playing on the instruments, we had to find and organise those musical instruments. It wasn't any problems with guitars, because lots of our friends have a guitar and were wiling to lend it to us, but the drums, was really hard thing to find. As we have asked our school to provide us with it, they alloyed us, but we had to find a caretaker which would transferee it to drama studio.

Scene location is busy.

As I have mentioned earlier, we have been filming in drama studio and this place is really busy at all the time. Therefore, we have asked the permission and booked it a month earlier, so then there will not be any problems in the future.

Cast and crew is not turning up

Thankfully, this point didn't applied to us, because our crew was really mature and responsible. We didn't had any problems with them.

Battery is running out of charge.

Our teacher have made a great job and provided us with the equipment which we need. The batteries was always full of charge and the equipment was prepared to be used.

Wrong clothes or change in appearance.

As i already have mentioned, that our group had a huge potential and we always received a huge support from our organised crew.

Weather conditions.

The weather is an unpredictable part of our life. So we weren't filming during rain or snow, because it could damage the equipment or even other students.
